CTMA will be hosting a special Virtual Town Hall on COVID-19. Our guest speaker will be Dr. Jeya Nadarajah MD. She will be presenting an update on COVID-19 infection with Question & Answer period.
Dr. Nadarajah is an Infectious Disease Specialist and Medical Microbiologist at Markham Stouffville Hospital. She is the medical director of Markham Stouffville Hospital's infection control, antimicrobial stewardship and microbiology programs. She is an active faculty member in the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. She is also a member of the Microbiology Residency Training Program Committee. Her research interests include surveillance of antimicrobial resistant organisms, antimicrobial stewardship and diagnostic clinical microbiology.
